Treat yourself to a homemade lavender ice cream, when in season, stroll the fragrant fields, and time-travel viewing vintage memorabilia in the Old Tractor Shed. Continue to Legerwood Carved Memorial Trees site, a tribute to the brave Tasmania soldiers who lost their lives in World War I, to stroll along the avenue of trees and delve into the role the ANZAC soldiers played at Gallipoli. Spend lunchtime in St. Helens before following the picturesque East Coast to Bicheno. Tonight, take a short walk down to the water's edge to view Little Penguins in their natural environment.

You will be treated to a guided walk of this unique property, hearing about the history and current story of the area. Along the way you can taste the native bush tucker currently in season and get a first-hand glimpse into how palawa continue to enjoy cultural foods and undertake culturally centred land management across lutruwita/Tasmania. This experience includes a unique tasting of local, native flavours.  Now, want to disconnect from technology, and reconnect with Mother Nature? You've come to the right place. To the northeast of Hobart near Sorell, Iron Creek Bay Farm comes with seclusion and style to spare. This is your base for the night, and what calming treasures await.
